SYRIA, Seleucid kingdom of Seleucos IV, (187-175 B.C.), silver tetradrachm, (16.85 grams), Antioch mint, obv. head of Seleucos IV to r., with diademed, rev. Apollo seated to l., on omphalos, (Newell SMA 39, BMC 13, S.6966). Some pitting, otherwise very fine.
