SYRIA, Seleucid kingdom of Demetrius II, (130-125 B.C.), silver tetradrachm, (13.97 grams), Tyre mint, issue of 130/129 B.C., obv. bust of Demetrius II to r., with diademed, rev. Eagle standing to l., on prow of galley, palm-branch behind, monogram above club, (cf.S.7055). Off centre both sides, nearly very fine.
