SASSANIAN EMPIRE, Shapur II, (A.D. 309-379), silver drachm, obv. bust of king to r., helmeted, rev. fire altar with bust of Ahuramazda in flames above altar and `rast' on altar shaft, (M.885). Nearly extremely fine.
