INDEPENDENT ORDER OF ODDFELLOWS, handcrafted silver star (82mm) with bar by Armfield Bros, Collingwood. Inscribed on reverse 'Loyal Frederick Lodge 1.O.O.F./ No. 90 / Presented to / P.G.BRO. WILMOT / by several of the life members / As a mark of esteem / & in recognition of services / rendered to his lodge / 3.4.83'. In original case if issue. An interesting and rare example of early Australian craftsmenship (78.5gms). Extremely fine.
