SHAH ALAM II, (A.H. 1173-1221), (A.D.1759-1806), round Gold mohur, (10.75 grams), struck at Shahjahanabad Dar-ul-Khilafat (Delhi), mint, issued A.H. 1203 (A.D. 1788-9), Regnal year 30, obv. Shah Alam II name at top, full date on flan centre right, with Imperial umbrella mintmark, rev. mint name at top, Regnal year lower left, (cf.BMC 1094, cf.Nagpur 1351, cf.Indian Museum Calcutta 2380, cf.Lucknow 4494, KM. SAC 719). Good very fine, rare and an unpublished date and Regnal year.
