ITALY, Lucania, Thurium, (c.350-281 B.C.), silver stater or didrachm, (7.75 grams), obv. Athena head with Attic helmet of Leukippos to right, surmounted by Scylla, rev. bull butting to right, above QOURIWN and QE, (cf.S.447, SNG ANS 1081, SNG Munich 1199, BMC 78). Dark colour with off centred obverse, some light porosity, otherwise nearly very fine.
