GALERIA VALERIA, second wife of Galerius, daughter of Diocletian, (A.D. 305-311), folles, issued Alexandria mint in 308, (6.50 grams), obv. diademed and draped bust to right of Galeria Valeria, around GAL VAL ERIA AVG, rev. Venus standing to left holding apple, around VENERI V ICTRICI, in exergue ALE, to left E over X, to right K, (cf.S.3730, RIC 81). Extremely fine.
