MM.L.G. 14 Jan 1918. Together with: Discharge certificate to Frederick John Turner; leave ration card; photographs in uniform and in later life; 18Bn congratulatory certificate; R.A.S, R.S.L. and gilt and enamel rising sun badge and 'Australia' shoulder title.
