Crook Northumberland St Waverley Sydney NSW'. Photograh of HMTS Minnitonka (sunk 1918); and photographs of officers and Australian nurses on board Minnitonka. Brother. 'The Destroyer 'Duchess was sunk in collision with the battleship 'HMS Barham in the north channel, West Coast of Scotland on 12 December 1939. Six officers including the capt and 123 ratings were lost. One officer and 22 ratings survived.
