Horace Richard Simmons, Pte, 50th Battalion. Enl.28Oct1914 K.I.A. Belgium 18Oct1917. Enlisted at Guildford W.A. Next of kin Matilda Mary Simmons (wife). Embarked for Gallipoli 16May1915. Together with original carboard boxes of issue and a Princess Mary Christmas 1914 tin including .303 pencil and card.
