Leonard Joseph Matheson Allen, of Hawthorn, Vic was awarded the Royal Humane Society Of Australasia silver medal for goping to the rescue of two police officers being threatened by a man whom they were arrested on 29May1988 at Hawthorn. Together with newspaper clippings and copy of 2 pages of RHSA Annual Report 1989.
