PHILIPPINES, collection of issues by type, noted pesos 1903S, 1909S (2), 1947S (KM.185); nd issues c.1961-2 (KM.192-3); waterworn commem. fifty centavos 1936 (KM.176), others 1903, 1918S, 1920, 1921, 1961; large bronze medals 45mm (2) both dated 1943 commemorating Dr Jose Laurel (Puppet president under Japan of the Philippines) and another of Laurel and Vargas (Ambassador to Japan) for establishment of puppet republic of Phillipines (Basso 165-6); other issues (32). Mostly extremely fine, some better. (47)
