PELOPONNESOS, Corinthia, Corinth, (345-307 B.C.), silver stater, (8.384 grams), obv. Pegasos with pointed wing flying to left, Q below, rev. head of Athena to left in Corinthian helmet over a leather cap, star of eight rays behind, [I] below neck, (cf.S.2626, Calciati 425 [p.261], Ravel 1034, BMC 352-3). Somewhat porous field on obverse with die rust, reverse scratch, otherwise nearly very fine/very fine, scarce.
