PARTHIA, Kingdom of, Gotarzes II, (A.D. 40-51), silver tetradrachm, (9.364 grams), Seleucia mint, issued uncertain month or year c.355-362 (Seleucid era) = A.D. 43-50, obv. large size bare-headed bust to left with long pointed beard, wearing diadem, hair on brow, rev. king enthroned to right receiving diadem from Tyche holding cornucopiae, eight line inscription, (S.7466, cf.Sellwood 65); another Vologases VI, (c.A.D. 208-228), billon tetradrachm, (13.136 grams), Seleucia mint, probably issued about A.D. 220, obv. bust to left with pointed beard, wearing tiara, behind B, rev. king enthroned to left, receiving diadem from Tyche with sceptre, trace only of seven line inscription, **[-]KF* above wreath, (cf.S.5874; cf.Sellwood 88.3-.12, cf.Shore 452).
