EGYPT, Kingdom of, Ptolemy IV, (221-205 B.C.), AE 35 drachm, (35.92 grams), Alexandria mint, issued 246-221 B.C., obv. diademed head of Zeus Ammon to right, rev. eagle to left with closed wings, standing on thunderbolt, in front cornucopiae, around **BASILEWS PTOLEMAIOU, between legs XP monogram, (cf.S.7814, Sv.965, SNG Cop. 173-5, Pitchfork 31). Good very fine or better.
