GEORGE IV, Court Baron document dated 30 October 1822 whereby The Earl of Ashburnham, Lord of the Manor of Burwash, transfers tenancy from the late John Waters to his son and heir, Benjamin Waters, with one pound revenue stamp plus cypher. Very fine.
