JUSTINIAN II, (685-695 First Reign), gold solidus, (4.22 grams), struck at Constantinople mint, Officina I, issued 687-692, Class II, obv. draped facing bust holding globe on cross, with short beard, wearing crown, rev. Cross potent on three steps, (S.1246, DOC 5i). Round flan weak in places, nearly extremely fine and rare.
