NEW ZEALAND, Bank of New Zealand, essay on card, one pound, Auckland, no date except 18-- but c.1890-1900, not numbered, blue and black, with laid in sepia photo of Colonial portrait, (L.-, P.S-, Robb -, cf.Spink Australia Sale 1, lots 326, 327 and Sale 27, lot 1867 and Sale 31, lot 750 and Webber Collection lots 381, 382). Extremely fine and excessively rare.
