C. NORBANUS, (c.83 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome mint, (4.05 grams), obv. diademed head of Venus to right, C. NORBANVS below, CLI behind, rev. ear of corn, fasces and caduceus within dotted border, (S.278, Cr.357/1b, Syd.739, RSC Norbana 2). Lightly toned, nearly very fine and scarce.
