PELOPONNESOS, Achaean League, Aegium (Achaia), (c.late 1st century B.C.), silver hemidrachm, (2.33 grams), obv. Zeus head right, **[A]IGIEW[N]* rev. monogram of AX letters API/CTO - **DA*/MOC across, in three lines, wreath around, (S.2973, Clerk 44, BCD 432 [LHS 96], BMC 24-25, SNG Cop. 235, Agrinion Hoard -). Toned, die flaw on obverse, fine/good fine, very scarce.
