First two medals unnamed, F.V.250. A.W.Logan. on third and fourth medals, R56091. Sgt. 2. A.W.Logan. N.D.P. on last medal. All named medals impressed. Extremely fine.

Sergeant II Alexander William Logan, Naval Dockyard Police, born Claremont, W.A.; Enl.04May1926 rated as Boy I; mobilised 24Jun1942; advanced from Ordinary Seaman to Senior Mate by 02Sep1943; transferred to RANVR as Petty Officer 01Nov1944; continued service post war; awarded LS&GC Medal 07May1960; Disch.03June1965. Together with Naval Dockyard Police Badge (KC) and with research.
