Air Marshall Sir Harold (Mick) Martin KCB, DSO, DFC, AFC (dec’d) as Flt Lt Mick Martin piloted No 3 aircraft on the famous Dambusters raid in the Ruhr Valley. This is the aircraft depicted in the print with the aircraft to the right being that flown by Wing Commander Guy Gibson, the Commanding Officer for the operation.
