SUDAN, Siege of Khartoum, two thousand five hundred piastres, 25.4.1884 in Arabic (P.S109), serial number 926, hectographic signature and seal of General Gordon, hand stamped seal of Governor General of Sudan, thick card, stamp on back of Mr Tito Figare, Avocat a la cour d'appel le Caire (Barrister of the Court of Appeal at Cairo). Good very fine and scarce.
