PELOPONNESOS, Achaean League, Antigoneia mint (formerly Mantineia in Arkadia), (c.188-180 B.C.), silver hemidrachm, (2.415 grams), obv. Zeus head right, rev. monogram of AX letters A N across, monogram of **PARW* below, wreath around, (cf.S.2998, Clerk 195, BCD 1491 [LHS 96], BMC 104-5, McClean 6486-7, Agrinion Hoard 354-369). Toned, nearly very fine, scarce.
