COMMODUS, (A.D. 177-192), silver denarius, Rome mint, issued A.D. 184, (3.26 grams), obv. laureate head of Commodus to right, around COMMODVS ANTON AVG PIVS, rev. around TR P VIIII IMP VI COS IIII P P, Aequitas standing to left, holding scales and cornucopiae, globe on ground before, (cf.S.5717, RIC 60, RSC 893a). Toned, extremely fine.
