MAGNUS MAXIMUS, (A.D. 383-388), silver siliqua, Treveri mint, issued A.D. (2.02 grams), obv. pearl-diademed bust to right, D N MAG MAX IMVS PF AVG, rev. Roma seated facing head to left on throne holding globe and reversed spear, VIRTVS RO MANORVM around, TRPS in exergue, (S.4201, RIC 84b, RSC 20b). Flan crack, attractive tone, good very fine and scarce.
