L.AEMILIUS Lepidus Paullus (62 B.C.), silver denarius (3.89gm), obv. head of Concordia, veiled and diademed facing right, around, PAVLLV LEPIDVS CONCORDIA, rev. togate figure L.Aemilius Paullus at right of a trophy which he is touching with his right hand, to left of trophy King Perseus of Macedon with his two sons, all as captives, above, TER, in exergue, PAVLLV, (S.366, Cr.415/11). Extremely fine.

This moneyer was the older brother of the triumvir M.Aemilius Lepidus.
