UMAYYAD CALIPHATE, al-Walid I (A.H. 86-96) (A.D. 705-715), silver anonymous dirham, Mahi Mint (near Merv in Khuzistan), A.H. 94 = A.D. 712-713, (A.128, cf.BMC 153 [for year 93], W. 475a). Ragged edge, very fine and rare.
The issue for this date is known from specimens in Paris, ANS [acquired in 1951].
