MACEDON, Kingdom of, Philip II, (359-336 B.C.), AE 20, uncertain Macedonian mint, (8.17 grams), probably issued posthumously c.336-315 B.C., obv. Apollo head to right with tainia, dotted border, rev. naked youth on horse, above **FILOPPOU*, E reversed to right, (cf.S.6696, SNG ANS 836). Porous, very fine, well centred.
