HERENNIUS ETRUSCUS, (A.D. 251), silver antoninianus, Rome mint, issued A.D. 250-1, (4.52 grams), obv. radiate bust of Herennius draped to right, around Q HER ETR MES DECIVS NOB C, rev. around PIETAS AVGVSTORVM, various sacrificial implements, (S.9521, RIC 143, RSC 14). Mild hoard patina, good very fine - nearly extremely fine with traces of mint bloom, very scarce. SS Ex Pegasi Numismatics with ticket.
