NERO, (A.D. 54-68), silver denarius, issued c.64-65, Rome mint, (3.52 grams), obv. laureate head to right of Nero, around NERO CAESAR AVGVSTVS, rev. Concordia seated left, holding patera and cornucopiae, CONCORDIA AVGVSTA around, (S.1942, RIC 49, BMC 63, RSC 67). Old cabinet toning, nearly very fine and very scarce.
