DENMARK, First Jutland Industrial Exhibition in Aarhus, 1876, in bronze (45mm) by V.Christesen, obverse, plain head of King Christian IX left, reverse, female seated left with industrial tools at her side and holding out a laurel wreath in her right hand; Northern Industrial Agricultural and Art Exhibition, Copenhagen, 1888, in bronze (53mm) by V.Christesen, obverse, central female figure holding laurel wreaths with two female figures at her sides representing agriculture and arts, reverse, exhibition building. Both nicely toned, extremely fine. (2)
