HUVISHKA, (c.A.D. 260-292), fantasy gold stater, (7.83 grams), obv. king on elephant to right, name around, rev. Goddess Ardokcho standing to right, holding cornucopia, behind legend downwards APDOXPO, (Gobl -, M.-). Interesting and unusual a moderrn copy, good very fine.

Huvishka used this obverse type on copper units cf M.3269ff. but does not appear in gold. the reverse is typical of the gold of this ruler.
