PERSIS, Kingdom of, Mancucithr (Mancihr) II, (c.A.D. first century), silver hemidrachm, (1.30 g), obv. draped bust to left pointed beard, with diademed tiara within it a crescent and pellet, to right ethnic traces of 'mnctr mlk', rev. diademed and draped bust to left, (cf.S.5964, Alram 637 [p.182, Pl.21), BMC 7 [241]). Very fine/nearly fine with striking weakness on the reverse, very rare.
