INDIA, Marquess of Dufferin and Ava, Viceroy Presentation medal, c1884, trial striking, in bronze (51mm), obverse with shield and Arms of Lord Dufferin, marquess coronet on top, 'Presented by the Marquess of Dufferin and Ava' around, reverse, in centre a chain with five orders suspended from it, surrounding a heart within a crescent, one flag either side, marquess coronet at top, all within a blank border (Puddester 884.1.3). Extremely fine.
