COLONY OF VICTORIA, Land Conveyance, handwritten on vellum, between Thomas Redford, Henry Baker Chomley, Alfred Wilson Braim and William and James Lindsay for six hundred and forty acres in the County of Villiers Parish of Bullanbul, dated 24th August 1886, with eight Victoria duty stamps affixed of £100, £10 (3), £2 (2), 15/- and 2/6. With folds, foxing, stamps fiscally used, good very fine.
