Rosamond Corisande Hobson, Bedfordshire/6 Detachment, VAD, Nurse/Worker in Hospital Supply Depot; Enrolled 06Jan1916; served in Military Hospital in France 03Apr1917 to 03May1918 as VAD Nurse; wife of Captain John Newman Ellis MC, 1st Heavy Artillery Signal Section, Royal Engineers; their son, 245307 Lt Robin James William Ellis, The King's Royal Rifle Corps, age 21, was killed in action in Belgium, 10Sep1944.
