The first five medals unnamed as issued, 4033692 Dvr. R.W.Parkin. R.E. on last medal. Named medal impressed. Hairlines on last medal, very fine, the rest extremely fine.
The 8th Army clasp is a modern issue, not an original clasp.
MID: Supplement to LG 6/4/1944, p1591, to 4033692 Segt. R.W.Parkin, in recognition of gallant and distinguished services in the Middle East.
