HADRIAN, (A.D. 117-138), silver denarius, issued 137, Rome mint, (3.29 g), obv. laureate head to right of Hadrian, around HADRIANVS AVG COS III P P, rev. SALVS AVG, Salus standing to right feeding a snake arising from altar, (S.3540, RIC 267, RSC 1336). Toned, good very fine.
