AELIA FLACCILLA, wife of Theodosius I, (died A.D. 386), AE 2, Constantinople mint, issued A.D. 378-383, (4.82 g), obv. draped bust of Aelia Flaccilla to right, around AEL FLAC CILLA AVG, rev. Victory seated right inscribing christogram on shield set on cippus, around SALVS REIPVBLICAE, T in right field, in exergue CONE, (S.4192, RIC 81, C.54). Green patination, very fine and rare.
