CORINTHIA, Corinth, (350-306 B.C.), silver stater, (8.59 g), obv. Pegasos flying to left, Q below, rev. head of Athena to left, wearing Corinthian helmet wreathed with laurel, A P below and aegis behind, (cf.S.2626, Calciati 427 [p.262], Ravel 1009). Superb condition, sharply struck on the obverse, a very sharp and attractive reverse, with trace of original mint bloom, good extremely fine and rare in this condition.
