Maxsumus, (c.75 B.C.), cast copy of silver denarius, Rome mint, (3.04 g), obv. Cupid winged laureate bust, to right, rev. Jupiter and Liberty within distyle temple, (S.325, Cr.391/2, Syd.788, B.Egnatia 3); M. Aemilius Scaurus and P. Plautius Hypsaeus, (c.58 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome mint, (3.14 g), obv. king Aretas kneeling beside camel to right, M.SCAVR and AED CVR above, rev. Jupiter in quadriga to left, scorpion below horses, (S.379, Cr.422/1b, Syd.913, RSC Aemilia 8); M. Porcius Cato, (Propraetor 47-46 B.C.), plated silver quinarius, Utica, North Africa mint, (1.71 g), obv. young male head to right, M. CATO [PRO PR] around, rev.
