CONSTANTINE I, (A.D. 307-337), AE folles, issued mid 313-314, London mint, (3.17 g), obv. laureate cuirassed bust to right, around IMP CONSTANTINVS AVG, rev. radiate and draped bust of Sol to right, wreath in field, around SOLI INVICTO COMITI, S - F across field, PLN in exergue, (S.16050, RIC 8, C.530) (illustrated); another AE follis, issued 331 - 333, Thessalonica mint, (1.53 g), obv. helmeted bust of Roma to left, around, VRBS ROMA, rev. she-wolf standing to left suckling Romulus and Remus, two stars above, in exergue, SMTSE, (S.16516, RIC 187, c.17). First coin extremely fine or better, second coin very fine. (2)
