HADRIAN, (117-138 A.D.), silver denarius, issued 125-128 A.D., Rome Mint, 2.98 grams, RIC 172, BMC 394, C.328a, Obv. Laureate head of Hadrian to r., around HADRIANVS AVGVSTVS, Rev. COS III around, Concordia seated to l., holding patera and resting l. arm on statuette of Spes on column at side of throne. Area of surface adherance on reverse, otherwise extremely fine, (207).
