Jan 1st 1917 on first medal, Lieut. J.P.Tugwood. R.N.R. on second medal, Lt. Commr. J.P.Tugwood, R.N.R. on third and fourth medals, last medal unnamed. First medal engraved, other named medals impressed. Very fine.

John Percival Tugwood awarded DSC 29Dec1916 for mine-sweeping operations.

On 09Dec1925 Capt J.P. Tugwood was apptd as Master of R.F.A. Bacchus.
