EUBOIA, Histaia, (3rd century B.C.), silver tetrobols, (1.636, 1.794 grams), obv. nymph Histaia head to right wreathed with vine, hair rolled, rev. nymph Histaia seated to right on galley, below, full and partial legend **ISTI AEWN around, (cf.S.2497, cf.SNG Cop. 531 and SNG Lockett 1799). Off-centred obverses, otherwise fine - very fine. (2)
