ANCIENT GREEK, a collection of bronze coins housed on small trays housed in boxes (3), Box No.1 (20 coins) includes issues of Antioch, Seleucid, Sidon and Tyre; Box No.2 (25 coins), copper tetradrachms of Characene mostly of Attembelos III (A.D. 53-72) several with clear exergue dates (S.5924-5); Box No.3 (7 coins), a small group of various city states etc. The Characene mostly fine - very fine, others poor - fine, many of these with oxidation. (52)

Boxes suggest the collection was formed by Prof. A.S. Ebeyan of Beruit, Lebanon.
