L. TITURIUS L.F. Sabinus, (89 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome mint, (3.606 grams), obv. bare head of king Tatius to right, SABIN behind, TA monogram before, rev. two Roman soldiers each carrying a woman in his arms, L.TITVRI in exergue, (S.249 [£60 VF], Cr.344/1a, Syd.698a, B.Tituria 1); another (3.342 grams) obv. branch before, and rev. similar, (S.249, Cr.344/1b, Syd.698a, B.Tituria 2); another (3.532 grams), obv. similar, no symbol before, rev. Victory in biga right, L.TITV[RI] below, corn grain in exergue, (S.253, Cr.244/3, Syd.700, B.Tituri 6). First off centred, second a mistrike, otherwise very good - nearly very fine all scarce. (3)
