GROUP OF FOUR: Ashanti Star 1896; Queen's South Africa Medal 1899, (type 3 reverse), - five clasps - Tugela Heights, Orange Free State, Relief of Ladysmith, Transvaal, Laings Nek; King's South Africa Medal 1902, - two clasps - South Africa 1901, South Africa 1902; Army Long Service and Good Conduct Medal (VRI small letters on reverse 1874-1901). 3293 Pte M. Daley 21 W. Yorks R. on first medal, 3293 Pte M. Daley W. Yorkshire Regt on second medal, 3293 Pte M. Daly W. York. Regt on third medal, 3293 Pte M. Daly W. Yorks. R on last medal (note incorrect spelling of Daly instead of Daley on last two medals). The first and last medal engraved, the other two medals impressed. Heavy contact marks on last three medals, otherwise fine - very fine.
