MAMLUK, al Mansur Salah al-Din Muhammad II, (A.H. 762-764) (A.D. 1361-1363), gold dinar, (4.64 grams), Damascus mint, (Syria), A.H. 7[63] = A.D. 1361-1362, obv. & rev. five lines of legend with various symbols in the field, (A.952, Balog 380). Slightly double struck, minor green vertigris on reverse, otherwise very fine and very rare.
